Now i had all i needed ( authority,power and resources). I taught i needed no body's hand,ideas to what ever i wanted to do. I treated my assistants as if they can never get to where i am. And besides ,taught they knew nothing. I was suprised when an assitant gave me one of the best ideas of success. Ever since i have learnt that i can move on with life ,when i learn to manage things not alone but also with my assistants.
Listen, they are reason to my success as a leader with integrity.
Moreover,i have learnt to teach more than i know so they can teach me their fresh ideas.

Be follwed ,not to follow

I taught because i could give orders anytime,then why dont i let them lead. This is because in my head it kept playing " U HAVE THE POWER, AND YOUR FOLLOWERS OR ASSURANCE MUST FACE IT BEFORE U DO".
But every time i realised there was any situation, they had to call me ( leader ) before they know what to do. So i saw it was rather the best i lead and not wait to be called to lead. Then i later realized that :
LEADERS MUST BE FOLLOWED BUT NOT TO FOLLOW.
Leaders must be the first to face it,because thats why u are the head and not tail.

THE LEADER

Their good works writes up their name in the sky. They hide themselves and dont want to be known but we see,hear,know and wants them but needs no introduction. Though one may criticize ,but their environment and the people around shouts to u that would hate them because of their goood deeds.
They always say WE and not I ,because they dont wants to take credits for the little they think they did.
Thus they would wants to do more.
